Lumber
We produce lumber from a large variety of native hardwood species including California Claro Walnut, Tanoak, Black Oak, Chinkapin, Madrone, and Pepperwood in a range of sizes, thickness and grades. We also produce lumber from recycled old growth Redwood, Douglas Fir and Cypress when available. Lumber widths are 4” to 14” with thickness of 1” to 4”. Both air dried and kiln dried hardwood lumber is available. We stock cabinet grade lumber as well as character grades that are beautiful for many purposes including wall paneling, shelves and trim.

Flooring
Our Tanoak flooring product is “mill run” which best represents the beauty and diversity of this hardwood species. Mill run includes all grades – character, quarter sawn and clear. Our unique Spalted Tanoak flooring is available upon request. All flooring is kiln dried 3/4" tongue and groove

Tiny Houses
We construct tiny houses by special order with mostly recycled materials. Features can include detachable eaves, weathering steel roofing, wood sash doors and windows, hardwood flooring and built in furniture.
The tiny house guest cabin above was constructed in the craftsmen style with wide eaves, exposed rafters and hand- crafted details. Exterior with recycled redwood board and batten siding, wood sash doors and windows and steel roofing.
